Commercial Account Handler
Our well-established client, a leading insurance provider, based in Norwich, are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team.
This is a permanent role
• Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
• Have you had previous experience managing commercial accounts?
• Do you have an excellent knowledge of insurance – in particular farming / agriculture?
As an account handler, you will work closely with the account executives to assist in negotiating with insurers and provide a first-class service to our clients. You will be expected to administer a portfolio of client insurance programmes, in a professional and friendly manner. You will handle queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations and document issuing among other tasks, dealing with both existing and new business.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills. Customer service skills are paramount, as is the ability to multi-task with a methodical and accurate approach.
You will ideally have a good knowledge and an understanding of all classes of commercial insurance, especially farming and agriculture.
