Despatch Administrator

Our client, a very successful manufacturing company based in Halesworth, is currently seeking an experienced Despatch Administrator to join their growing team.

This role entails despatching all available goods upon due date or when requested by customer.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Plan all deliveries & collections outwards, ensuring packing lists are accurate with additional information where required, alongside leasing with the receiving warehouse.
• Complete additional required paperwork for exports.
• Liaise with Freight provider for deliveries (using 3rd party system).
• Obtain proof of delivery / Certificate of Shipments.
• Resolve any problems and queries.
• Arrange customer samples via FedEx.
• Arrange deliveries of all RET’s back to the customer.
• Support despatch invoices.
• General day to day support to the wider finance team.
