Todd Hayes may ask for verification of information detailed with in your CV, if it is relevant to a situation, interview or client request. Consent for verification will always be obtained before starting the verification process. Once your information is received by Todd Hayes they become the owner of your information, and we will not sell, share or rent this information to others, unless it is a requirement and the candidate has been advised and consented.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. There are various types pf personal data that we retain, and some may be required to be held for longer than others. We will always, if necessary discuss retention of personal data with candidates, and where the data is sensitive we will again only retain this for the purpose to which it is needed and retain for the minimum amount time necessary.

Our policy towards Children

Todd Hayes Limited Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. Todd Hayes do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Children under 13 years of age. If at any time we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, then we will take steps to delete any such information. If anyone becomes aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, then please contact us.

Opting Out
